Abstract
Behavioral operations explore the impact of human behavior and emotions when facing complex decision problems. In particular, the area explores the impact of leadership styles, and personality traits on managing operations and the supply chain of the firm. The area has gained attention in recent years as the combination of behavior and business practices impact the firm performance.
