Abstract
Exploring The Metaphoric And Embodied Nature Of Traces And Marks On Contemporary Painting : A Phenomenological Investigation. This project is an exploration of material and technological embodiment operative in artistic practice. I also investigate the art-science connection within contemporary art and design practices and the combination of phenomenology, new materialistic approaches, and an artistic interpretation of the idea of "chronobiology" in my artistic and academic practice.
