Abstract
Working on chalcogenide thin films for the device applications. The work is mainly focused on the study of ternary and doped chalcogenides for tuning their optoelectronic properties. The device suitability of the films for various optoelectronic applications like solar cells, photodetectors and LEDs is explored.
