Abstract

The chapter seeks to understand the key aspects of India–China relations from a twofold perspective of politics and economics, wherein the political aspect also engulfs security concerns. It also explores how the varied perspectives both act independently and overlap with their respective interests. In doing so, the chapter seeks to examine the perceptions at play and how they have shaped the India–China bilateral relations.
