Abstract
Nasopalatine duct cyst is the most frequently seen nonodontogenic cyst in the oral cavity, yet prevalent only in approximately 1% of individuals. Due to its asymptomatic nature, it is often unrecognized and an incidental finding.
Here, we describe one such case presenting as a hard palate swelling.
