Abstract
Frozen shoulder is also known as adhesive capsulitis, which consists of loss of synovial layer of the capsule, adhesions to the anatomical neck of humerus and decreased volume of the capsule. Manipulation under anaesthesia is an effective procedure, which can remove the adhesions at the shoulder joint and girdle and restore the symptoms and range of movements.
