Abstract
Cavernous haemangiomas are benign slow growing vascular tumours. Those arising out of the nasal cavity have a prevalence of 20% of all benign nasal cavity tumours, of which only 1% are intraosseous. Our case is of a 60-year-old hypertensive female patient who presented with complaints of recurrent epistaxis, which was later found to be due the presence of a vascular tumor arising from the middle turbinate. Cavernous haemangioma of the middle turbinate is rare. Symptoms like nasal blockage, epistaxis, and headache warrant suspicion. MRI aids diagnosis, but histopathology confirms its benign nature.
