Abstract
Angiofibrolipomas belong to a subtype of lipomas that contain mature fat cells, blood vessels, and collagen. These are extremely rare growths with previous case reports having documented these tumors in various body locations. We report what appears to be the first case arising from the flexor tendon sheath at the wrist causing carpal tunnel syndrome.
