The authors have informed the publisher about a change in one of the sentence in the above article published in Volume 43, Number 1, pages 4-7 (DOI: 10.1055/s-0042-1742656). The sentence "ESMO has over 250,000 members from 160 countries and has a dedicated support program for all oncologists to support and improve their professional careers. " should be read as "ESMO has over 25,000 members from 160 countries and has a dedicated support program for all oncologists to support and improve their professional careers. " The online article has been corrected.
