Study Background: The study addresses the integration of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) metrics into recruitment analytics for a data science start-up, aiming to enhance the diversity and inclusiveness of hiring practices.
Research Goals and Hypotheses: The goal is to develop a predictive model that incorporates DEI metrics into recruitment analytics to predict hiring outcomes. The hypothesis is that integrating DEI metrics will lead to more diverse and inclusive hiring decisions.
Methodological Approach: The CRISP-DM methodology is used to develop a predictive model, analyzing available hiring data to identify features correlated with hiring success and integrating DEI metrics.
Results and Discoveries: The study demonstrates that integrating DEI metrics into recruitment analytics can improve decision-making and productivity by building more diverse and inclusive teams.
