Abstract
While the concept of Servant Leadership has been widely discussed and researched, there remains a gap between theoretical understanding and practical application. Many managers and practitioners express interest in adopting Servant Leadership principles but often struggle with how to develop and implement these characteristics in their leadership style.
Research Goals and Hypotheses
The purpose of the article is to discuss the characteristics of a Servant Leader and assist practitioners in developing Servant Leadership.
Methodological Approach
The paper focuses on ten characteristics of a Servant leader as discussed by Greenleaf & Spears and discusses ways in which one can develop these characteristics.
Results and Discoveries
The paper's crucial contribution is to present a framework that would help practitioners and managers in Servant Leadership development.
