Abstract

Deposition and characterization of undoped and doped ZnO thin films by spin coating technique for gas sensing and Schottky diode applications. The work focuses on enhancing conductivity and also exploring the possibility of p-type conduction of ZnO thin film. As the application part, gas sensors and Schottky diodes were fabricated from the optimized ZnO thin films. We also work on the synthesis of metal oxide nanoparticles by green synthesis technique for biosensor applications.
