Abstract
As we continue to dive deeper into the digital age, making sense of complex macromolecules become critical to understand. More and more efforts are needed in understanding the structure, function, and annotation of genes and proteins. Recently, structural genomics projects expanded our biological knowledge of macromolecules. The understanding of their structure-function relationships has been publicized in Scientific journals abound with illustrations of macromolecular structures illustrating the rapid advances. My research is essentially focused on protein structure prediction, their folding, function, and interference.
Our research is highly interdisciplinary connecting arts with science (1-2), science with algorithms (3-4), proteins with probiotics (5-6), food with health (6-7), etc.
