Abstract

Air borne diseases such as common cold, influenza and other infectious diseases like COVID related problems are a common phenomenon during which vital signs of the subjects/ patients are required to have the vital parameters continuous monitored. In regard with COVID the number of cases reported in the last two years has resulted in more than five crore cases and among many have suffered without getting the proper care due to unavailability of the resources and lack of monitoring facilities. The vital sign are the basic medical conditions, it include Body Temperature, Pulse Rate, Respiration Rate, and Blood Pressure. Vital signs indicate the life-threatening conditions of the patient at emergency. When there are critically ill patients, it is very important to monitor vital signs even in real time, so that appropriately patients are taken care on time. The proposed method: planned to collect vital signs using wearable devices either using contact based or contact less electrodes. Wearable devices allow continuous monitoring of the above said physiological data thereby helps in taking care of the health of the subjects/ patients and improves the quality of care. 1. https://www.scopus.com/record/display.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85130024731&origin=resultslist&sort=plf-f 2. https://www.scopus.com/record/display.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85125523751&origin=resultslist&sort=plf-f 3. https://www.scopus.com/record/display.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85120172224&origin=resultslist&sort=plf-f
